For claims requiring immediate attention such as Serious Injury or Fire you may contact your insurance companies claim hotline number 24 / 7. If you choose, you may contact Dave White at 815-973-2541.
During regular business hours (8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday, or 9:00 am to Noon Saturday) please contact our agency at 815-288-2541 to report your claim.
If you have a less serious claim to report you may wait until normal business hours.
